Find out where your business stands — in about 10 minutes.
43 plain-language questions across seven areas. You'll get a posture score, a breakdown by area, and a prioritised list of practical, mostly free next steps — including what Zimbabwe's data-protection law (POTRAZ) expects of your business.
This is a self-assessment and awareness tool, not legal advice or a certification. Confirm your specific POTRAZ obligations with someone qualified in Zimbabwean data-protection law.

Who we are. SecureScore SME is operated by Mzansi Web Services. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].
The assessment. Your answers and any business name you enter stay in your browser, on your own device. We do not send them to or store them on our servers, and we cannot see them.
The POTRAZ assistant (chatbot). When you send a message to the chatbot, that message is sent to our server and to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a reply. These providers process the text on servers located outside Zimbabwe. For that reason, please do not type personal details, names, ID numbers, or confidential business information into the chat — ask your questions in general terms.
Why. We use your message only to answer your question. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or build a profile of you.
Cross-border transfer. As noted above, chatbot messages leave Zimbabwe to reach the AI provider. This is exactly the kind of transfer the Cyber and Data Protection Act asks organisations to be transparent about — which is why we spell it out here.
Your choices. Everything in the assessment is optional and stays on your device. If you'd prefer no data to leave your device at all, simply don't use the chatbot.
